Job description:
We are expanding our local customer dedicated Service Desk team as a part of our DCIM department and seeking a new colleague for a position of Employee End User Service Specialist.
As our new colleague you will be participating in enterprise-level operations in the multinational environment, providing first-level technical support on client products and services and being responsible for:
- Recording and qualified evaluation (classification) of end user related requests via the used media (phone, mail, tool)
- Analysis, processing and solving of end user related requests (error processing, order processing and user assistance)
- Forwarding end user related requests to the next responsible service level (unit) if necessary, tracking the respective process if necessary
- Monitoring of the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of those tickets
- Collection of content and revision and updating of existing documentation. Participation in the creation of new documentation
- Identifying of Know How transferring topics in both directions: to 1st Level and from the specialist teams to enlarge the fields of responsibility
